Portabello Mushrooms with Stilton & Parma Ham!

This is truely scrumptious as either part of a main or a starter and is soooo simple to cook!!
I think Portabello Mushrooms are best to use as they have a slightly meaty texture.

Bake the mushroom on some foil, upside down for about 10 minutes on a high heat (around 200) .
Turn the mushroom over and place in it a large chunk of stilton, then simply wrap a piece of parma ham all around the mushrrom, piling it up a little on top of the stilton.
Place it back into the oven for about five more minutes, until the stilton has melted and the parma ham has gone a little bit crispy on the top!
